What to send
- Spec corrections: the product, the spec that's wrong, and a link to the official source (the maker's page or manual, or a rating body such as AHAM, ENERGY STAR or CARB). We fix confirmed errors and update the guide's date.
- Product requests: tell us the room and the problem, such as noise from the street, dry winter air, smoke season or a shared bedroom, and we'll look into it.
- Brands and PR: spec sheets, manuals and rating certificates are welcome. We don't sell placements, and no one can pay for a position in a guide.
What we can't help with
We can't answer health or medical questions, or advise on symptoms. For those, please ask a doctor.
We also can't help with orders, deliveries or returns: those are handled by the retailer you bought from.
