Affiliate disclosure

thisHUSH is reader-supported: when you buy through our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

In plain words

Some links on thisHUSH are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer may pay us a commission. You pay the same price either way. Links to a maker's own website are ordinary links: we don't earn anything from them.

Programs we participate in

thisHUSH is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, thisHUSH earns from qualifying purchases.

Visitors outside the US may be redirected to their local Amazon store (for example Amazon.ca or Amazon.co.uk) by Amazon OneLink; the same disclosure applies there.

What it means for our picks

• We rank products on official specs, independent ratings and listings (such as AHAM Verifide, ENERGY STAR and CARB), upkeep and value, never on commission rates.
• Brands and retailers cannot pay for placement or for a mention.
• When a product is sold by more than one retailer we can link, we may link to more than one so you can choose.

Prices

We don't show prices on thisHUSH. Prices and availability are shown on each retailer's site when you visit, and they can change at any time.
